Got questions?
A trained service technician will arrive at your gym on the scheduled date. The technician will inspect the equipment to assess any noted problems and undetected problems such as misaligned belts, sensors and limits, improperly tensioned belts, and parts that may be wearing improperly or prematurely. The technician will also perform a complete tune-up on your equipment to maintain it in top condition.
If additional parts or labor are required to complete your fitness equipment’s repair, the technician will provide you with a price quote before proceeding.
While we make every attempt to stock all common wear parts, it is not always possible to have all items on the vehicle at the time of service. If parts are required to repair your fitness equipment and are not in stock, the technician will order the manufacturer’s parts. When the parts arrive, we will contact you to schedule the completion of your repair and get your fitness equipment back up and running.
No. We only use original equipment manufacturer parts and components to repair fitness equipment.
Yes. We stock an impressive inventory of parts for a wide range of fitness equipment manufacturers and equipment types at our warehouse.
We have a callout fee starting from £60 which includes the first 60 minutes of labour.
Yes, Gymtec is appropriately licensed and insured to provide on-site repair services for fitness equipment.
